What expenses do our HOA fees cover?
One of the most common questions we get asked is about our monthly HOA fees and how they are used. Check out this infographic to see all the different expenses our community has to budget for. Since we are a private community, residents often don't realize this means that we are responsible for all aspects of property maintenance from paving our streets to paying for streetlight electricity.
Are we allowed to park on the street?
Because the streets in our community are very narrow, we have certain parking restrictions. Parking in the street should only be for overflow - meaning you have no available parking in your garage or driveway. Parking on the sidewalk side of the street is prohibited at all times. Parking on South Four Peaks Way and South Whetstone Place are also prohibited at all times because they are connector streets. Overnight street parking is prohibited between the hours of midnight and 5:00am. You can view the entire policy here. Be aware that not following these guidelines can end up in your vehicle being towed, so make sure you inform visiting guests and vendors of these restrictions.
