Parking Policy

Current as of January 1st, 2018 

All vehicles of owners and their guests must be parked in garages or the owner’s driveway. In the event that an owner’s garage and driveway are both full, temporary overflow parking is permitted in approved areas as identified by green highlights in the posted map.

Regulations for temporary overflow parking:

• No parking is allowed at any time on the connector streets of S. Four Peaks and S. Whetstone.
• No parking is allowed at any time on any Cul-de-sac.
• No overnight parking on any street between the hours of 12am (midnight) and 5am. Overflow parking will only be allowed overnight when approval is obtained in advance and vehicle must be parked in an approved area only.
• Limited temporary overflow parking is allowed during the day without approval, provided the vehicle is parked in an approved area.

Any vehicle found in violation will be stickered and/or fined. In the event a vehicle is impeding or blocking traffic, or has received prior violations that have not been corrected, the vehicle may be subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense..
