05/15/17 Gate Codes are Changing - In the 4/26 HOA meeting it was decided to secure new gate codes for all residents. This is a security measure to ensure the codes are unique and follow the protocol of not repeating digits or using easily-guessed sequences such as 1-2-3-4. All residents have been sent a letter via mail with their new code. New codes go into effect June 1st. If you have not received your new code in time for the switch over - please contact City Property Management.
04/01/17 New Property Management Company - As of today City Property Management Company has replaced Spectrum. An email (3/28) and letter (3/13) were sent to residents with additional information and instructions regarding assessment payments. They are in the process of inputting our community records into their system so please be patient during this transition. A New Account Takeover Statement with you balance will be sent around the middle of April.
02/16/17 New trash pick schedule - Starting March 6, 2017 Quail Springs trash and recycle pickup days are changing. Wednesday will now be trash day and Friday will be recycle day. New Pick-Up Schedule Map.
02/07/17 Change in Property Management - A decision was made on February 1, 2017 to change management companies, giving 60 day notice to Spectrum that services would terminate on March 31, 2017.
06/05/16 Street Paving Project - We are getting our streets resurfaced this month. A notice went out to all homeowners. This project will result in street closures and parking restrictions. PDF of Project Plan.
